該農業發展系統根據數據分析進行管理和控制，使得每個階段的過程均可被充分追踪。這有 助於促進監管治理的效率和效果，並實現中國農業監測與控制系統的現代化、最終實現對生態友好、綠色以及環保可持續的生態循環。
獲得廣西自治區政府的認可，致力推動畜禽養殖機構認證系統，更有效監管養殖業。
背景
廣西是全國生豬、家食主產區，是全國畜禽養殖大省（區）和粵港澳大灣區重要畜禽供應地, 廣西自治區政府一直致力推動畜禽養殖機構認證系統，更有效監管養殖業。包括自治區人民政府辦公廳出台《廣西現代生態養殖十三五規劃》以及其他後續出版物。
模型符合
5個認證準則
(1) 飼料品質
運用微生物發酵技術，改良飼料品質。例如稭稈、蔗葉、桑葉微生物發酵飼料，或添加專用微生物到飼料中餵飼禽畜。
(3) 養殖環境
養殖場環境整潔、乾淨、衛生。
(5) 糞污處理
在養殖場配置足夠糞污儲存設施，使用特殊微生物菌種對收集的糞污進行發酵處理，以直接或加工用作有機肥料。
計劃將以南寧為中心，逐步在整個廣西自治區乃至全國範圍內推廣。
生態平衡農業發展計劃涵蓋不同層面，先由當地政府和企業推動妥善管理經營土地和養殖場，再由項目公司透過環保技術及科技提升生產力和效益，最後銜接糧、油、糖等戰略資源的儲存和銷售服務，確保農產品能夠順利進入市場，爭取最大經濟效益。
生態平衡農業發展計劃響應2023年中央一號文件，其中提出了一系列鞏固糧食和重要農產品供給、加強農業基礎設施建設、推動科技創新、帶動鄉村產業發展、拓寬農民收入渠道以及建設宜居宜業鄉村的重要舉措。
計劃已在南寧武鳴區、青秀區等地行之有效，政府、企業和農戶之間建立了良好合作關係，成果值得借鑑。未來計劃將以南寧為中心，逐步在整個自治區乃至全國範圍內推廣。此計劃不僅可以提高農產品的質量，還能大幅降低生產成本，為農民帶來更多收益，同時促進農業核心技術的創新突破，推動農業可持續發展。
於南寧開始建立完善且可持續的合作模式，培育新一代的農業經營主管。
